With a population close to 540,000 people, the Dayton Region offers a large and skilled workforce for any potential business growth and development. The labor force numbers a little over 270,000 people with the population of those 16 years and older around 427,000. Businesses situated in Moraine may also access the labor force in the greater Dayton area, Cincinnati, and Columbus.

The greatest number of employees works in fields of management and professional work.
